So, this was meant to be a video, but my editing skills aren’t really up to scratch, so until I can work on that I thought I would share the stills, enjoy!
I usually moisturise my face with the E45 lotion and then I applied the Benefit Porefessional primer. My favourite foundation lately has been the Bourjois Healthy Mix and apply this all over using the Cosmopolitan Blending Sponge. I love the real techniques brushes but I find that using a damp blending sponge really helps the foundation look flawless.
I love the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer and I use this not only under my eyes but for any blemishes I have as well. I usually do a little triangle under my eyes and then blend it out using the Real Techniques contour brush, the brush is really soft and quite flexible so it works really well for under the eyes.
My brows are quite sparse and although I don’t like my brows to be too defined I find that as they’re naturally quite dark it helps if they look even so I usually fill them in. Lately I’ve been using the dark brown and the black shade from the Naked Basics Palette. I finish off using the clear mascara from Natural Collection to just set my brows in place.
I primed my eyes using the Urban Decay primer potion and then took a light shade just all over the eyelid to create a clean base. As I’m going to use eyeliner I wanted to further define my eyes so I used the darker brown shade in the crease and blended this out.
I think it’s important to highlight under the brows as I find this really lifts your eyes, I tend to use Venus from the naked basics palette.
I’m a huge fan of liquid liner but lately I’ve really been enjoying using the cream eyeliner from elf, it’s really easy to apply and I love that it leaves a matte finish and it lasts pretty much all day without creasing or smudging.
Finished my eyes with the Loreal False Lash Telescopic mascara which I love, nothing beats it! I don’t really tend to apply mascara to the bottom lashes, purely because I find it does smudge quite easily.
I always set my makeup with powder, purely because my skin can get quite oily, it’s usually between the Rimmel Stay Matte powder and Hello Flawless from Benefit.
My go to blush and highlight are from Illamasqua, I find their blush is so pigmented and looks so natural and I finish off my face by highlighting the cheek bones and down the bridge of my nose.
