I had resisted buying much during last month but there were a few things I decided to go for. The Simple anti blemish moisturiser is a repurchase as is the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish. I love going into the Liz Earle store in Leeds not only is it a beautiful place to shop the staff are lovely and always so helpful. With the cleanse and polish I also got a complimentary perfume sample, which I already love, I just need to resist buying it! I finally managed to find the Nivea express hydration primer – for dry and sensitive skin, although I’m certain the sample I tried was the original. I like it but I don’t really know how well it’s working as a primer for my skin, I think I might need to give it a bit more time. After trying out the 8 hour cream from Elizabeth Arden I decided to purchase the full size, got a good deal on Amazon as it was only £16. Although I’m pretty wounded as it’s the original. Ooops.
My most exciting purchase was this Rimmel Apocolips lip Laquer in Big Bang. Although it was 3 for 2 in Superdrug I wanted to try this one out before I got any more. The colour pay off is insane – I haven’t worn it all day yet so I can’t comment on the staying but having worn it for around an hour it really is amazing. I also really like the application and found it goes on quite easily and isn’t sticky at all. I know I’ll be trying some more colours!
