March Favourites

Another month gone.. and it certainly was a crazy one. Nothing really too exciting in terms of beauty, although I did get a bit carried away in the Easter sales (easter beauty haul coming soon..) My makeup was pretty simple all month, although I did make a bit more effort during my cousin’s wedding.

Bioderma
I’ve already done a review on the Bioderma solution which you can read here so I won’t say too much, besides the fact that I love it, wish I had purchased it sooner.

Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream
I got the 8 hour cream in the March Glossybox and have been using it everyday since then, although it was a tiny sample it still has some product in it! I loved using it so much that I even purchased a full size. It has been a real life saver for my skin. Full review on this soon.

Neal’s Yard Bee Lovely Hand Cream
I picked this with a monthly mag (I’m struggling to remember which one..) but since i got it I have been loving it. It smells of honey and orange and is so nice on your hands, great for the winter.

Natural Collection Clear Mascara
I never used to set my brows after I filled them in but a lot of people had recommended a clear mascara so I picked up this one from Natural Collection in Boots. It’s not gloopy or thick so it sets the brows without making them look too shiny. I even use this on days when I don’t fill my brows in just to make them a bit neater.

Look Beauty Fresh Cheeks Blush in Guava
I had been loving the powder blush from Illamasqua but when it’s really cold I find cream products work better for my skin. I picked up this blush a few weeks ago now and I seem to keep going back to it, it’s a great formula and the colour pay off is amazing, I tend to use it with the Real Techniques Contour brush.

Real Techniques Blush Brush
I’m always on the hunt for good brushes and I had heard great things about the blush brush from Real Techniques so I thought I would give it a go.. I love it, but as a powder brush. It just ended up being to big for blush but it’s perfect for setting the rest of my makeup with powder. Just like all the other Real Techniques brushes it’s amazing quality and it’s so soft on my skin!
